Miejsce w fajnej lokalizacji, kontakt z p. Martyną znakomity, pomimo tego, iż nie spotkaliśmy się w ogóle wszystko było dogadanie, nie było z niczym problemu. Mieszkanko przytulne, w starej kamienicy ,czyste, wyposażone jak trzeba. Serdecznie polecam pobyt 😊
Nie ma się do czego przyczepić 😜. Sąsiadów się nie wybiera.

Lokalizacja, wykończenie wnętrza, wyposażenie, kontakt, odbiór kluczy.
1) Mieszkanie ma problem z wentylacją i wilgocią, z widocznymi tego konsekwencjami na ścianie w sypialni. 2) Łazienka, mimo że wyposażona w prysznic, jest tak skonstruowana że lepiej z niego nie korzystać jeśli chce się zachować suchą toaletę i podłogę.
