Lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży, sklepów, stacji metra i autobusu. Cicho (maj).
Niepełne wyposażenie. Brakowało filiżanek kieliszków do wina. Drobne sprawy ale ważne.

Spazi ampi. Camere ben illuminate. Aria condizionata con 2 split molto utile.
Zona giorno non illuminata da finestre. Una finestra è rivolta a poca distanza dalla parete dell' edificio accanto, le altre due danno nel vano scala. A qualsiasi ora del giorno è necessario accendere le luci. Quindi anche areare quel locale è complicato.
