About this house rental
This 5 bedroom, 2 bath home is ideal for experiencing the gems of the Gaylord area. Perfect for riding snowmobiles out of the driveway and onto nearby trails. Only minutes from town, multiple Gaylord mecca golf courses, and cross-country ski/snowshoe trails. Also features a back deck that overlooks a spacious yard for lawn games and a fire pit.

The house in general served it's purpose. The range quit working in the middle of making breakfast on day 1 and didn't work for the remainder of our stay. The owner attempted to contact his repairman but we were stuck eating out or using the grill, which was not convenient. We were refunded money for the hassle. The bunkbeds were very unstable and the adults sleeping in them were afraid to move. The tub/shower in the master bedroom was extremely slippery and the shower curtains stick to your body. When entering the home you notice a mildew smell but it goes away. There are no curtains or shades on any of the bedroom windows. There are no mattress or pillow protectors on any of the beds or pillows. Other than those issues the house was fine. Beds & pillows were comfortable. The main level bath has been completely redone with a large tiled walkin shower. Jim was very easy to work with and we would stay there again if they made a few adjustments.
