This is our special retreat and has retained its rustic charm, so please keep in mind that you are renting a personal space. Please read the cabin rules carefully before you book. Your booking constitutes acceptance of the below House Rules and complete acknowledgement of listing description. Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or requests before booking.

- We prefer at least one guest be at least 25 years old. If you cannot meet this requirement, message us about your stay before you book.

- Your well-behaved dog (limit 2) is welcome. Guests must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Dogs are not to be left inside the cabin unattended.
There is a dog pulley system available outside, but we are not responsible if your dog gets loose. Yard is not fenced. We ask that you bring a crate and crate your dog if they must be left unattended. You are responsible for ensuring pets don't relieve themselves indoors or damage property. PLEASE clean paws during wet weather and do not allow wet dogs in the cabin. Fees will be assessed for pet damage. Sorry, but we do not allow cats.

- We understand that accidents happen. Let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, so we can replace or repair it as soon as possible and it does not become a surprise for our next guests! Items are not to be removed from the cabin.

- You must book your reservation with the total number of guests expected.
There are no additional guests without prior approval from us. It is a tight squeeze for more than 7 adults, but the cabin can sleep up to 10. There is a small extra per guest fee ($25/per night) for reservations over 5.

- While rule #1 is to have a good time, please, no parties. Cabin TrailTales (and Tails) is definitely not a party house. Please respect that this is our special retreat home. Ensure fire pit and BBQ are extinguished at the end of each night. No overnight guests without prior approval from us. Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property.

- Guest safety is our top priority. Do not sit, stand, or climb railings, fence or rooftops. Kids play structure equipment is available for your use. You are responsible for your children's safety at all times.
