Welcome to The Otsego Lake Vacation Rental Home. Whether you are into Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter activities our vacation home has you covered. During the Summer enjoy the benefits of fishing, boating, swimming or playing on your private 85' sandy beach. If golf is your thing, there are many top rated courses with in miles of your vacation home. If it is winter sports that you enjoy, you are located within minutes of the snowmobile trails and within miles of several ski slopes. Whatever the season, you will enjoy yourself in Northern Michigan!
THE PROPERTY
This cozy house, located in the snow belt and a local golf mecca, is the ideal size for families, friends, or couples traveling together. With brand new mattresses in all 3 bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, the property offers an array of sleeping arrangements that can accommodate any group of 12 or fewer.
3 Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: New Full / Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle | Bedroom 3: New Full / Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle - All sheets and blankets are provided.
2 Full Bathrooms: Both Bathrooms have shower/tubs - Wash Clothes / Towels are provided.
Kitchen: Large fully equipped kitchen including Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Pot / Keurig, Pots, Dishes, Utensils. Everything that you need to prepare a home cooked meal.
Dinning Room: Large Kitchen table with breakfast bar off the kitchen island
Living Room: Large living room with couch and 3 reclining chairs. Flat screen TV with Cable.
Garage / Second Property: 2 car garage available for storing your personal equipment. Or plenty of parking for boat / snowmobile trailers.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathtubs / showers, 2 HDTVs, Cable TV, High Speed Wifi-Internet, DVD Player, Roku (To view your Netflix accounts), fire pit on the beach, grill on the deck, fishing poles, board games, in-unit laundry machine, Key-less Entry on all doors.

This was a great place to have a reunion with siblings and family. Local family visited for meals and lakeside bonfires. There is a lot of great outdoor space and seating to view fall colors around the lake, have conversations, play cards into the evening. On the rainy day, it was comfortable to stay inside and play games.

This was our second year staying at this location and it’s such a great place to stay at! The beach they maintain here is nice and clean, kayaks and paddle boats to go out on the lake with, and the house is clean and comfortable. We look forward to our stay up here again next year!

The location is excellent if you’re there to enjoy that lake. Which we were there to ice fish. The house is cluttered with looks like garage sale items. There isn’t a open space on a wall. Yes it has everything you need but felt like you were staying at second hand store, or a hoarders house. Other then the water taking 10 minutes to get hot and the handle on the shower falling off. And the floors squeaking as you walk. It’s definitely overpriced.my buddy thought it was great, but he also lives in a trailer park. So it might be fine for most. I guess I just expect more. The host was very nice and very easy to get a hold of or to talk to you if need be.
