The flat is furnished with furniture suitable for a holiday. The flat can be accessed by stairs or from the garage with lift. The flat is on the third floor and is about 65 square metres in size. It consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining area, followed by a corridor where there are other rooms: a bedroom (next to the living room) one double and one single bed; finally, an adjoining bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and a second bedroom with two single beds for a total maximum of 5 beds.

The house has two balconies outside with a fantastic view of the harbour and Lake Garda and equipped with a table and 5 chairs (one in front of the living room and one in front of the rooms). The beach is 80m away where 2 deck chairs are available for sunbathing.
The property is close to the via Gardesana (main road along the lake). To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery charger or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.

There is a bus stop and information office in the centre of the village/town with restaurants and a supermarket.

Two good reasons to choose Casa Adua:
- They are located in a strategic area that allows you to reach the mountain paths and always through a path, on foot or by bike, you can reach the other villages in our municipality. About 600 m away is the Acquafresca Centre for various sporting activities: sailing, surfing, canoeing and kitesurfing with schools and equipment hire. 2 km away in Cassone there is the tennis and padel centre for fans of these disciplines, where you can hire equipment and take part in courses in: sailing, kite, canoeing, or walk or cycle along the new lakeside to Malcesine (to the north) or to Castelletto (to the south);
