About this villa rental
A beautiful, newly built architect-designed villa with a pool and rooftop terrace, featuring modern construction and an original design—notably its pool suite, which is separate from the main house and offers a magnificent view of the pool and the mountains. It is located in a private gated community of five single-family homes, each built on 820 m² lots.
Our home was designed for vacations with family or friends in a pleasant living space, secluded from prying eyes and offering complete tranquility.
It is located 2.5 km from the beaches of San Cyprian (Cabanon Bleu) or Pinarellu and 6 km from local shops.
With 4 bedrooms—including 2 master suites, one of which is separate from the main villa—the property can accommodate up to 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms offer views of the infinity pool and direct access to the terraces.
All bedrooms feature built-in closets.
The 45 m² main living area features a large central kitchen island seating 8 people and a spacious living room with views of the pool, the mountains, and the garden.
The numerous Ipé wood terraces (200 m²) and the covered outdoor dining area allow you to enjoy the shade or the sun, whichever you prefer.
A 50 m² rooftop terrace lets you watch the sunrise over the sea and the Pinarellu Tower and enjoy an aperitif in the lounge while taking in the views of the sea, the mountains, and the maquis in complete serenity.
The 9.20 m x 4 m pool (not including the infinity edge) is heated throughout the season, ensuring a water temperature of at least 27 degrees. It is equipped with an alarm system.
You have access to a landscaped garden where you’ll find shade under a beautiful three-branched olive tree.
You can enjoy charcoal barbecues.
You’ll have easy access to Departmental Road 468 to reach the beautiful beaches of San Cyprian, Pinarellu, Cala Rossa, and U Bénedettu, all less than a 10-minute drive away.
You’ll also be just 25 minutes from the mountain springs of Conca.
You’ll have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and more, as well as a second fridge-freezer and plenty of shelving (handy for avoiding too many trips to the grocery store).
You can park three cars in the villa’s private parking lot.

The villa is beautiful, clean, and feels new! It housed our family quite well, especially with the seperate bedroom / bath building. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful sandy beaches with beachside restaurants. I highly recommend visiting Bonafacio during your stay. There was some construction noise from houses being built in the neighborhood during the week. Our vist was postive and we would love return.

Our stay in this house was so nice. The house, the pool, the garden, everything is just beautiful. It is so nice that every bedroom has his own bathroom. The kitchen is very nice, you really have everything you need to cook all the meals you want. One thing is important to know, there is an alarmsystem on the pool and it is very sensitive. But there are magnets in a box in the kitchen where you can turn off the alarm. You will definitive enjoy a stay in this lovely Villa.
