About this villa rental
Recent architect villa (July 2019) of 165 m² on a plot of 1,540 m², with open sea and mountain views. Located 15 minutes from Porto Vecchio, 5 minutes from Pinarello and the beach of Cabanon Bleu (bay of Saint-Cyprien).
It is distributed on 2 levels, each with its own independent access to the house: a first access by the garage on the ground garden, a second access to the floor by the main entrance.
On the first floor:
- American kitchen, with central island, very functional and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, wine cellar, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle);
- Bright living room with two large sofas, TV with CANAL+ subscription, BOSE loudspeaker;
- Pantry (with washing machine, steam plant);

The villa is as beautiful and nice as presented on the photos. It is very comfortable, luxurious and equipped with everything! The kitchen is great with a huge refrigerator and everything needed for a perfect cooking experience.
The pool is large with warm water and absolutely clean. All rooms and bath rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. A beautiful (non crowded) beach is close by and only a few minutes away by car. The sand beach is wonderful with azure clear water.
We have enjoyed our stay!!!
