Located on the heights of the Testa in a dominant position, the villa, classified furnished with tourism 5 *, offers superb views of the bay of Pinarello, its Genoese tower and the needles of Bavella. The architect in charge of the project highlighted this exceptional situation through large openings and a distribution of spaces allowing family or friendly reunification while preserving the privacy of each. The villa offers on one level a large open space consisting of the kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace housed between rocks. The whole benefits from a very beautiful Light thanks to the multiple openings allowing a free circulation between the terraces and the infinity pool heated to 28 ° usable from April to the end of October. Each terrace has a different exposure allowing you to choose between sunbathing or napping in the shade. The bedrooms are spread over three levels: the master suite has a very nice bathroom and a dressing room as well as a terrace offering a view of the Genoese tower, the Cerbical Islands, and on a clear day Sardinia. Another level consists of 3 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and bath) and a shower room. The 5th bedroom of 30 m2, on another level, is more specifically dedicated to children. It has 6 beds (2 single beds 2 pull-out beds 2 bunk beds) and its own shower room. The Villa is ideal for stays with family of several generations or with friends for moments of conviviality without being shy. The decoration is sober and neat. The villa is perfectly equipped for 12 people with dishes, various household robots, 1 American fridge plus an extra, wifi, hifi, television, relaxation chairs for the pool, 2 garden furniture, barbecue .... The garden consists of Corsican maquis and olive groves are particularly flowery (agapanthus, bougainvillea, oleanders, roses, hydrangeas, sentolines, etc.). A small path allows you to descend to the beach on foot, but it is also possible to park easily by car to the small beach of Vardiola.

La maison est très belle et dans un quartier calme. La vue est magnifique et apaisante. La piscine chauffée à 30 degrés était idéale pour un séjour en octobre!
Restaurants, plages, supermarchés à 10 minutes en voiture.
