I travelled from Germany and reached very early morning. The check-in was really smooth. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. They guided me through everything I needed and made my stay even better. The hotel services were exceptionally good. Highly recommended!
The bus is small and sometimes it wait for 15 minutes for the guest to fill. I think the frequency of the bus to the Masjid-e-Nabawi and back to the hotel is less, this should be increased and run more often.
A small suggestion would be to enhance the showerhead water pressure.
Also, Include a mini restaurant inside the hotel.

There was hair left on bedsheets. The shower was clogged. The toilet seat was loose.

Location is max 5 minutes with bus
The bus is small, sometimes it can't take all the guests and they need to take another round to get the rest (around 15 minutes waiting to the next round)
