Very bad experience. I would strongly advise people not to book this hotel unless you have your own car.
The location is extremely far from Masjid Nabawi. Google Maps shows public transport, but in reality there is none working. Because of this, you end up spending a lot of money on taxis every day. Whatever you think you save on the hotel price will easily be spent on transportation. The hotel is also not realistically walkable to the mosque.
The reception staff were also very unprofessional. Because of the Iran–UAE conflict our flight was disrupted and we were forced to stay one extra day. A receptionist had already agreed to extend our stay for one more night at the same price. However, the next day another receptionist was extremely rude and demanded more than double the price or told us to leave immediately. He asked us to check out in 5 minutes while we were fasting and under stress due to the travel disruption. He barely spoke English and refused to listen to what had been agreed before.
Very poor location and very poor customer service. Not recommended.

Needed a bed for the night to catch my flight the next day. Room was a little dated, but clean. Clean bathroom with usual amenities. Perfect for anyone for a one night’s stay.
