L’appartamento in sé era funzionale e con una bella terrazza. Al piano terra con ingresso indipendente e quindi di facile accesso.
Avendo un cane di piccola taglia solo una spiaggia convenzionata con l’appartamento lo accettava. Nella descrizione si parla di fronte lago ma in realtà è molto vicino ma non di fronte, non lo si vede . La spiaggia è sì privata ma non della casa, sono tutte private, il proprietario ha una convenzione con 3/4 bagni.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (u.a. neuwertiges Bad, Fliegengitter Wohnzimmer) in sehr guter fußläufiger Lage zum See. Kleinere Unstimmigkeiten mit der FEWO wurden durch den netten Vermieter sofort behoben.
Die Teppiche in der Wohnung. Diese sind nur ein Schmutzfang und braucht man nicht wirklich.
