Just a nice view…

Nice view, Kitchen good equipped (no oven, but good equipment).

- We Never received check in instructions, neither had our emaild answered. Luckly our phone worked, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to know what apartment was ours or how to enter! - Beach is not the one showed across the street, we tried finding but gave up. -NO WIFI! We requested 2x, they said they would bring in the Morning, then in the evening, and we gave up! - the Apartment we were given are not in the Pictures at Booking.com - only one used toilet roll for 2 nights and 4 people! Ask for more, they said they would bring with the wifi… never brought! - linnens had holes. - no Hand towels - it was kind of clean, but MANY corners were very Dirty with dust and dead bugs. - no towel hangers in Shower bathroom, but one at the toilet, when no Sink was available?!!!

Once, but never again.

The apartment was spacious and the location was okay.Also a plus for allowing a pet

The check-in procedure was confusing and annoying. After booking i got a confirmation email with the adress of the acommodation ( and check-in between 1700-1800 hrs) After 80 km of cycling it proved to be the wrong adress was provided ( Südpromenade 21) Calling the number provided I was assisted by an unfriendly lady who mentioned we should look for nr. 32. As my german is not that well it was difficult to figure out what the exact location was. The host was not at the location and there are several Apartments, so another call to find out which one was ours. Though the apartment self was quite okay you may expect more. Very bad price-quality relation. We wouldn’t recommend it. You have a nice view at the lake but no acces. There are /is no nightscreen/curtain at the sleepingroom-windows which causes a bit of sleepdeprivation. Shower is okay, if you don’t mind the mould . Check in is late 1700/1800 hrs, check-out too early (0800/0900 hrs) You barely have time for breakfast and clean the place a bit up.

Bezüglich des Schwimmplatzes am See gab es keine Information!

Eine Beleuchtung der Küchernzeile fehlt! Die Spiegelbeleuchtung im Badezimmer ist fast nicht erreichbar! Sonst hat mir die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen!

Nicht buchen !!!!!!!

Nichts

Schmutzig , gestunken ,Schimmel , lose Kabel, fehlende Abdeckungen (lagen unterm Bett) , leere Flaschen schmutzige Taschentücher unterm Bett, Eingangstürschnalle kaputt, Fernseher und wlan nicht funktionstüchtig , defekte Fenster (Fotos vorhanden mit Datum ) … Das so eine Unterkunft auf booking angeboten wird !!! Ist öfters auf booking com vertreten es wird nur namentlich geändert oder Buchstaben geändert auch bei anderen Anbietern ….Kaution bis jetzt noch nicht zurück bekommen … Rezensionen lesen haben wir leider nicht

Nie wieder, dieses Apartment ist sein Geld nicht wert

der Blick auf den See

Nie wieder, Unterkunft ist an einer anderen Adresse als angegeben. Die Vermieterin drückt einem am Handy weg. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr sehr schwierig. Alles dreckig und ich musste zuerstmal das WC und das Bad putzen. es war auch noch die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher vom Vormieter vorhanden. das Apartment wurde nicht geputzt. Kein Vorhang bei der Terassentür, das jeder hineingesehen hat. die Badezimmertür war nicht zu schließen. die Bettwäsche war kaputt, sehr wenig TV-Programme verfügbar. das ganze Apartment hat gestunken und nach Schimmel gerochen. auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Auf den Fotos sieht man das Apartment bei der Übergabe

Klopeiner See immer wieder gerne, aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft.

Das einzig angenehme, war der eigene Zugang zum See

- Adresse ist falsch angegeben. Dabei handelt es sich um den Zugang zum See (100 Meter entfernt vom Haus selbst, Hausnummer 32) - Bilder der Zimmer hatte mit der Wirklichkeit nichts zu tun - Schimmelgeruch in der Wohnung (Erdgeschoss) - völlig abgewohnte Ausstattung - Spülmaschine nicht nutzbar (Salzfachdeckel fehlte, Innenraum verdreckt ) - Bettwäsche fleckig, teilweise eingerissen. Sofakissen in den Kopfkissenbezug - Bilder lagen am Boden, Lampen ohne Schirm - Eingeschlagene Badezimmertür - WLan Fehlanzeige - das ganze Haus macht den Eindruck eines Arbeiterwohnheims - die Gästebetreuung war … - „Achtung: Kurtaxe erst ab 18 Jahre fällig (Stand 2025)“ …

Viel Platz, alles da und gute Lage um einen guten Preis!

Schöner Seezugang! Ausreichend Platz! Griller und ausgestattete Küche vorhanden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht und verbessert jeden Tag etwas.

Für den Preis kann man sich echt nicht gross beschweren. Empfehlen würde ich ein eigenes WLAN mitzunehmen. (Gibt hier auch ein öffentliches, wir haben es aber nicht geschafft damit).

Nie wieder

Die Lage war direkt am See

Das ganze Haus war eine Frechheit ! Dreckig, vieles kaputt und heruntergekommen. Kurz vor der Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich nur eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbringen werde und die weitere in einer anderen Unterkunft. Wir waren 6 Personen die dann nach einer Nacht wieder aus dem Quartier mussten und am Abend ein neues Quartier bekamen wo uns nicht mal die Adresse gesagt wurde, da sie diese nicht wusste. Wir wurden am Abend abgeholt und zum neuen Quartier gebracht. Am See gab es nicht genug Liegen und nur kaputte Sonnenschirm (5 Stück ) für ca 30 Leute
