Great stay at Klopeiner See.

The location was perfect, close to everything you need but also at the end of the line of hotels so a bit quieter. Staff were really great and super friendly, getting drinks delivered to the Pier was such a treat. Our room was nice and spascious with balconys on each room. The lake itself is wonderful.

Having to pay extra to use SUPs, pool table etc. WiFi didn't work in most spots. Building is showing its age.

Perfect for families with dogs and babies

I stayed with my husband , 9 month old daughter and a dog. We had a wonderful stay! Our room was spacious, offering beautiful views from generous balcony that made our mornings unforgettable. The beach featured very comfortable loungers and a lovely shaded area, allowing us to relax and play with our daughter; we always found a spot to enjoy, since we visited during the week. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, allowing us to check in over an hour early at no extra charge. Their accommodating nature truly made a difference in our experience. We can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway!

The room could use the AC since it does get pretty hot.

Disappointment

Good location close to the lake and with private access. Very friendly and service minded staff, although they seemed a bit inexperienced.

Dated interior, bathrooms from appx 1970, old carpets, holes in the flooring, did not match photos or description. Unfortunatley for us we had a balcony facing the lake and above the lobby and patio wich meant that everyone (not just a few) smoking were right below us with constant smoke in our room. Sorry to say the stay did not match what prices in that range (and the hoteldiscription) give you reason to expect.

Great location but too expensive

The staff is very nice and the location is great. The lake is all you can wish for!

It is very expensive for what you get. The rooms are renovated but still feel very much like visiting your grandparents. The doors are old and shabby and some don't close. There was no window but an opening above the bathroom door and the room of our room so sound travelled and smell wafted into the room. The plug in the sink closed the sink completely and could only be opened by prying your fingernails under it. The shower faucet was at knee level and the shower only had a curtain - which of course is in sync with the 70ies theme but still quite yucky. A sliding door had been built in between the living room and the bedroom but it could only be moved using both hands because it easily tilted and got stuck. In the kitchen there was a modern stove but there weren't any basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar or tea, oil and vinegar which are usually supplied, so we ended up eating noodles cooked without salt. The sunbeds on the beach are very old and most are broken so that you get tiny plastic splinters from sitting on them, if you don't sit on your towel. I wouldn't have minded all these things if the apartment had been cheap but if you pay these steep prices (compared to other houses in the same area, mind you) you expect much more.

Superb

You need to cross the road to access the private small beach owned by hotel. We did not use this beach with our small kids, but for bigger ones it is perfect, the lake has crystal clear water perfect for swimming. The hotel lends also paddle boards. It is possible to order some bread, ham, etc for breakfast, but you need to do it until 16h30. The hotel is family owned and has nice garden with playground for kids, our kids loved it.

A perfect value for money stay.

The house is old but nicely renovated. It is located directly at the lake and you just have to cross the road for entering the private beach of the location. The appartments are not very large, but functional. Beds and kitchen equipment were in a very good condition. The bathroom was original from the 70ies I guess, but alsow working well.

Unfortunately, there is quite some traffic at the road in front of the building and cars frequently seem to don't respect the 30km/hour speed limit.

Appartment mit Top-Lage und freundlichen Personal, aber etwas altmodischem Badezimmer und Küche

Top Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das Appartment war (bis auf das Badezimmer und die Küchenleiste) modern eingerichtet, alles war sauber. Der Privatstrand befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, der Garten mit Grillplatz und Pavillion ist groß und sauber. Auch Stand-Up Paddles kann man direkt bei der Rezeption ausborgen. Zugang zum Privatstrand bekommt man netterweise auch vor und nach dem Check-In / Check-Out. Tipp für's Grillen: Kohle sollte man selbst besorgen, worüber wir leider nicht informiert wurden. Das Personal war aber hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Grillkohle versorgt.

Das Badezimmer und die Küchenleiste könnten etwas moderner sein. Außerdem war in den Buchungsinformationen die Rede von zwei Badezimmern, unser Appartment hatte jedoch nur eines. Der Privatstrand verfügt leider über keine Toilette oder Dusche. Für die Toilette muss man einmal auf die andere Straßenseite in die Lobby des Hotels.

Personal und Lage!

Alte Ausstattung, Steckdosen irgendwo verteilt, kein (kleines) Backrohr, Küchenausstattung gering, tw. unsauber, Pfannen mit Dellen im Pfannenboden, irgendwie platzierte, nicht montierte Regale und Ablagen... Grundsätzlich: außen Hui, Lage Hui, innen dürfte es gerne zeitgemäßer sein...

Nettes Appartment mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Klopeiner See

Die Zimmer sind für den Preis mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sauber. Wir hatten bei unseren Zimmer einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Klopeiner See. Die Küche ist vollkommend ausreichend mit einer Herdplatte und einem Kühlschrank. Besteck war auch mehr als ausreichend vorhanden (sogar ein Brotmesser oder scharfes Fleischmesser, was nicht selbstverständlich ist). Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen über das Badezimmer kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ja es sieht so aus wie von unserer Oma noch damals aber es funktioniert alles und es ist sauber und keiner verbringt viele Stunden im Badezimmer! meiner Familie und mir hat es super gefallen und wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war, dass wir einen tag mit nur Regen hatten und der Fernseher leider nicht funktioniert hat. Kann natürlich dem Schlechtwetter geschuldet sein aber das war unseren 5 jährigen relativ egal weil er seine Serien sehen wollte :-P

Tolle Lage, großes Appartement, großes Badezimmer, 2 Balkone, Seeblick, nettes Personal, schöner Badeplatz, Möglichkeit frisches Gebäck für das Frühstück zu bestellen

Leider waren bei Bezug viele Haare im gesamten Appartement am Boden. Die Matratzen sind für meinen Geschmack zu hart (anderen kommt das vielleicht wieder gelegen).

Schöner Kurzurlaub in top Lage aber die Zimmer brauchen mal wieder eine Grundsanierung.

Toller Seezugang mit gute Lage und Personal sehr nett.

Man könnte schon gewisse Sachen / Möbel erneuern. Es war ok, aber es sieht alles schon sehr benutzt aus. Wände könnte man streichen und im Badezimmer der Türrahmen ist auch sehr vernachlässigt worden.

Ruhige Appartement in toller Lage

Gute Lage, ruhige Zimmer, schöner Blick auf den See, Seegrundstück direkt über eine (aktuell) wenig befahrenen Straße.

Zimmer im Mix aus Neu und Alt nicht immer stilsicher. Kleinigkeiten sind einfach schlampig ausgeführt - aber nicht weiter schlimm.
