Après avoir signé le matin un état des lieux de sortie vierge de toute remarque, la propriétaire nous a envoyé un message en soirée en listant une série de dégâts non avérés et projette de retenir (une partie de) la caution. Je ne puis accepter ce modus operandi. Comment puis-je m’assurer qu’aucune retenue abusive ne sera pratiquée?
