Private: garden 1 ha (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Cannes" 4500 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 33 km, bathing lake "Lac de Saint Cassien" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien. There is a not-secured water pool on the neighboring estate (approx. 100 m).
