Villa Murier is a delightful, comfortable 3 bedroom villa set in a secluded private, sunny garden with its own private swimming pool and views of the mountains in the distance. The villa has private parking behind electric gates. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The lounge has an open fireplace with a dining table to seat 6 people. There is satellite TV and WiFi.
The villa has partial air conditioning.
The villa is situated a short drive from the centre of Fayence and the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes and Nice are all within a thirty five minutes drive and Nice airport is only forty five minutes away.

This place is just perfect for a family holiday! Everything is there to enjoy some time off. The communication with Sue was just great and then we had Didier who is the most adorable person we met in France! We definitely will be back!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the quiet location and easy access to a number of supermarkets locally. It was very easy to access the coastal towns and local medieval towns and villages. The pool was a 'God send' as it was very hot most of the time we were there. I am happy to recommend this property and hope to stay again soon.

We've had an amazing stay in Fayence, the gite had everything you could ever need, the location was perfect (lying by the pool watching the gliders do their stuff was an added treat). Sue was the perfect hostess with pre stay details, would definitely recommend and love to visit again

Lovely, relaxing villa in Fayence

The villa was lovely, a good size for the 6 of us and the pool was a favourite with the kids. Nice and clean and not too deep for them to play in all day long. The villa was well kept, stocked with all the things we needed, especially towels and in a quiet area of Fayence. The SuperU was close by for provisions as well as a fantastic boulangerie. The coast was <1 hour away and the nearby Lac de Saint Cassien had a water park run by OKWIDE to entertain the kids as an alternative to the pool. There are lots of lovely villages nearby to Fayence to explore especially on market days plus there are glider rides available at the local aerodrome. Fayence itself is always a favourite for us, wandering around its narrow streets and eating at the mill (Moulin de la Camandoule) or tasting wine at a local vineyard. We've been a few times to this area and would definitely recommend Villa Murier as a place to stay and relax.

I found the property quite charming and in traditional french style The Villa is of a very comfortable size and nicely furnished. It was very well presented and maintained. The Pool is an ideal size and there is plenty of space for loungers. The location is ideal and there are plenty of choices of some lovely nearby places to go and see with excellent restaurants if needed. You are not that far away from the more larger resorts such as Cannes either. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely wish to return.

A lovely well kept property that I will book again

Our stay was perfect, from a very helpful and obliging owner at booking right through to the end of our holiday. The villa, swimming pool and gardens are well kept and clean throughout. We were very close to the local amenities. and the town has lovely typical French restaurants with a good selection to choose from.We found the villa very comfortable and felt very at home. So our holiday next year has already been sorted and will be booking again without question, and would recommend a stay at this lovely property.

Le séjour aurais pu très bien se passer, car la propriété est très mignonne. Malheureusement de nombreux points négatifs, Quant à la propreté de la maison à notre arrivée, De nombreuses poignée de porte endommagé, couchage très peu confortable, linge de bain sale et j’en passe. La piscine qui devait être chauffé, ne l’était pas. Aucune connexion wi-fi sur la propriété, Et un manque total de communication de la part de la propriétaire

Bémols: -Frais de nettoyage pas compris -Frais mastercard due au prélèvement et remboursement de la caution env CHF50.- Propositions: 1 Abritel devrait proposer les frais de nettoyage en option 2Eviter de prélever la caution. Frais vraiment inutile. Faire comme les hôtels bloquer mais pas prélever via carte de crédit

Avec l'accord de la propriétaire qui est très gentille, nous y avons organisé l'anniversaire de notre fille et tout le monde a adoré la villa, certains veulent même y revenir pour les vacances... Tout était conforme à l'annonce (descriptif et photos). Les informations pour l'arrivée et le séjour étaient clairs et complètes. L’extérieur est plus qu'agréable. Petit bémol : nous n'avons pas trouvé d'aspirateur pour faire le ménage, mais ça n'a en rien gêné notre séjour! Merci à Sue et Didier qui furent nos interlocuteurs très sympas! Bref, à louer et relouer sans hésitation !

Location très plaisante

Nous venons de passer avec nos 4 enfants une super semaine dans la maison de Sue. La maison est très bien équipée : la cuisine, les chambres, salle de bain et jardin. La piscine est super, notre fils de 11 ans avait pied. C’est une maison très au calme. Il y a plein de choses à faire autour ( Lac de St Cassien avec des activités nautiques, VTT, ...) Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location.
