Flat 2 Bedrooms, 2 Lounges, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen, Garden and Parking Situated within the frame of the Portofino Mountain, the independent flat with private access and parking provides a priviledged location for visiting the beauty of eastern Liguria from Genoa to La Spezia. From Portofino to the Cinque Terre.

The communal outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue and lawn with a table for outdoor dining. Finely renovated inside in 2016, it retains the characteristics of a Genoese house with modern comforts, modern and practical furniture, all-day sunny position and independence.

The flat consists of a dining room, a lounge with TV and sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and bathroom with Led.

On the last weekend of August there is the patron saint's festival of the hamlet and an excellent opportunity to taste typical and handmade products. There is also a renowned restaurant "U Giancu" really not to be missed, tagliata with wild flower salad is unbeatable. the wi fi included then will allow you to do what you like to discover our places.

ARRIVAL Arrival at the flat for the agreed day is between 14:30 and 21:30. The property is not responsible for inconveniences caused by arrivals earlier or later than the aforementioned time. In the event of a delay that is not promptly communicated to the accompanying person, the latter will be authorised to wait for the client no more than 30 minutes after the agreed time. After the 30 minutes has elapsed, it will be the client's responsibility to contact If the client does not arrive on the appointed day, the flat will only be kept available until 07:00 the following day.

CHECK IN the check-in service includes: meeting and welcome of the guests at the fixed place and time and transfer to the flat; demonstration of the place where the life-saving device is located, in order to let the guest know how to behave in case of a black-out; tour of the flat and explanations about the operation of the appliances; in particular washing machine and dishwasher must be used separately and only when you are in the flat; please do not touch any of the buttons of the boiler in order to avoid unpleasant consequences due to incorrect use; handing over of the set of keys of the flat, up to a maximum of three copies.

CHECK OUT the check-out must take place by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. the keys to the flat must be left on the kitchen table or in another clearly visible place and the escort or cleaning lady will be in charge of returning them to the property. Dishes, pots, glasses and all crockery must have been carefully washed and placed in the appropriate cupboards and drawers. The dishwasher must be left empty. The refrigerator must be emptied of food, particularly perishable food. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of any rubbish. Any objects or furniture moved must be returned to their original place at check-in. If additional blankets or duvets left in the wardrobes are used, they must be folded up and returned to their original place at the time of departure.
At the time of departure, the thermostat must be left on 10 degrees in winter, and the air conditioning must be left off in summer. Should the guest fail to comply with the above-mentioned conditions, he/she will be charged a penalty fee.

In the event that the guest is responsible during the night (after 11pm), for disturbing other tenants in the building, or behaves in a manner contrary to normal civilised rules, or in the event of non-compliance with the condominium rules, the property shall have the right to immediately remove the guest from the flat without the right to any refund.
