Fantastic location soon got to grips with public transport. Had a wonderful holiday

Shower was the only problem, low water pressure meant it took a long time to warm up and for the ladies difficult to wash hair

Very helpful host. Lovely apartment in a great location.

Great location and views. Roomy and very clean interior. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent, timely communication with the friendly owner who was very helpful.

Some attention to detail missing such as administration to patio plants which were mostly dead or dying. Kitchen tap was not secure but useable. To be fair I explained to Lorenzo that we were happy to accept it as it was for our stay despite his offer to get it fixed for us directly. He also provided us with a kettle which was absent from the kitchen on arrival which he was not aware of.

Only one overhead fan in one bedroom, the house could use at least one more for the other bedroom. You cant open the windows with the shutters down so a bit stuffy.

You feel at home...

You feel at home once you enter the apartment. Don't expect any luxury, but this flat offers all you need: a huge terrace overlooking the bay (sunny all day long), a fully equipped kitchen, ready to use, good wifi and a most convenient and quiet location near the center of Rappallo. Private parking is included and a (small) car is the best option for staying here. We very much liked the old 70 style of this fully (!) equipped apartment compared to the empty, sterile renovated flats. Lorenzo is fully available, check-in and check-out were very smooth.

(Like all on Ligurian coast) slightly over-priced. Shower is very small and therefore difficult to use. There is no air condition, but the fan (only in the masters bedroom) was perfect. The second bedroom is more of a children's bedroom.

Stunning views and beautiful appartment.

The appartment is absolutely stunning, the terrace and the view are perfect. You really get to see the entire italian riviera, everything was perfect.

It is a bit far from the beach and city centre, you either have to take a bus that comes every hour to go down or up the hill or rent a car for the best and easiest transport. We walked down the hill a couple of times and it was not very safe with all the cars driving by.

Family traveling

We enjoyed our stay at la casa di Renata. The house manager was very helpful when we requested to check in earlier and drop off our luggage so we could head down to the beach. The house was left very clean for us. We didn’t use the kitchen but they do have it equipped for someone to cook and there is a dishwasher and washing machine too. The view is lovely both at sunrise and sunset. If you are adventurous you can work your car in the property and walk down to the beach if you don’t mind walking back up the hill :)

We don’t have anything bad to say about the property , if anything we would suggest to upgrade a little bit the kitchen and to add ceiling fans in the living room and guest/small bedroom. Or add an air conditioning unit. Just a suggestion.

La vue magnifique, l'espace dans l'appartement, le calme, la facilité de réception des clés et la communication fluide avec les hôtes!

Le manque d'équipements: mini cafetière, sèche cheveux, verres à pied (seulement 3! et dépareillés), douche sans pression... La propreté: le ménage de la cuisine était sommaire, bouteilles vides non jetées, vaisselle grasse... Le mélange de style en décoration assez étonnant...

Dejligt sted og fantastisk udsigt.

Stor terrasse med smuk udsigt. Rumlig hus når man er to par afsted. Fint etableret køkken, der er hvad man har behov for.

Der manglede tørrestativ. bruseforhæng som ikke var til meget bevendt. Toilet stod og løb i cisternen og på det lille toilet kunne man ikke rulle ud. Kontaktede lejer men blev ikke løst de dage vi var der. Vi kørte i en Ford Kuga og kunne næsten ikke komme ud og ind gennem porten for at parkere, så vi valgte at holde nede af vejen.

Dificultades para estacionar. El parking era para 3 y había 4 motos y 1 coche de más. No había microondas. No había colgador para la ropa. Se solicitó y la respuesta es que no había. Booking indicaba una tasa turística y nos cobraron más.

Une vue magnifique sur la mer mais un léger manque de confort

Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. La décoration rétro donne également un charme au logement. Climatisation dans chaque pièce.

Logement idéal pour 4 mais un peu limite pour 6. Une seule douche avec une pression vraiment limite. Impossible de trouver un étendoir pour le linge. Manque certains équipements dans la cuisine.

Výhľad bol nádherný. Všetko v apartmáne bolo fajn. Páčilo sa nám. Postele pohodlné. Vybavenie bolo kompletné.

Jedinú vec by som zmenila a to sprchu. Aj hlavicu, aj by som inak vyriešila záves na sprchu. A este by som rozmýšlala o zmene gauča, tvrdé železné časti zakryté dekou,boli nebezpečne. Ale to sú drobnosti.

Le point fort de cet appartement est la grande terrasse avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer plein Sud avec du mobilier d'extérieur de qualité. la cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée beaucoup de rangements le salon séjour est spacieux

Le parking: un grand luxe dans cette région où chaque petite place est occupée. Si vous avez une moyenne ou grande voiture (pour nous un trafic) vous ne pourrez malheureusement pas vous y garer il est très petit. la salle de bain est vétuste et mal agencée
