Great space with good facilities, a few minor issues on arrival but handled well with the resort team. If looking for a relaxing holiday away from the main strip I would recommend, although shops are at least 15 minute walk from the villa.
Just to far from main strip to walk home at night (45 minutes), although only 20 minutes from old town/harbour area.
Villa plus also held onto deposit for maximum 28 days this can be done after 8 days and would be better customer service.

Excellent villa very clean and comfortable. Around 15 minutes walk to nearest bars/restaurants and 5 more to the old town. Large outdoor space and pool was very warm. Pool table and table tennis great addition. 2 ensuite bedrooms and shared bathroom between other 2. Large living space and kitchen well equipped.
No negatives but missed a couple of stars as perhaps a basic welcome pack would have been good as we arrived quite late and a few more pillows would have been ideal. Little disappointed in communication with Villa Plus rep. Took a couple of days to reply to a request for late check out, which wasn't available, and no alternative offered. Wouldn't stop us returning but felt as though it was a little like 'tough luck'.
Just to say the walk to the old town is downhill which is fine but it's steep when coming back. However there were plenty of taxis and they cost around 4 to 5 euros one way.

Good location, about 20 min walk to the strip…downhill. Always got a taxi back, very cheap. Kitchen fully stocked. Villa very clean & beds are comfortable. Very spacious villa. Would definitely return.
