Lovely villa with plenty of room

Villa gelegen aan de rand van Puerto del Carmen in een rustige wijk met dichtbij faciliteiten zoals winkel en restaurants. Grote villa met 4 slaapkamers, ruime buitenplaats en heel groot balkon, verwarmd zwembad en grote kamer en keuken met voldoende meubilair en servies voor 8 personen. Fraai uitzicht over zee en goede uitvalswegen.
Deur keukenkast was stuk (zelf maar gerepareerd) en wc boven was stortbak mechanisme defect (ook maar zelf gerepareerd).

The villa is very spacious and in a great location, far enough away from the centre to be away from the noise but close enough to walk to. It is up a steep hill although taxis are very reasonably priced. The villa itself is not in great condition. The shower doors upstairs do not seal therefore it leaks. The curtains are filthy and most do not close. I had holes in my bed sheets. The terrace door is very hard to close. It is all very tired and needs some work and it would be an incredible stay.
