空間大，設施齊全。
位址算在郊區，以睡覺來說是安靜。 但離商業區買東西到搭電車5-10分鐘， 就買大量東西而言，有一點不方便。 因為下車站還需要再走5分鐘才會到住宿地， 晚上路上不太會有人。

Eine riesige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht incl. kompletter Küche
Der Zug fährt weniger Meter neben dem Haus. Das wackelt wenn er vorbei fährt. Nachts ist aber Ruhe.

食器類、電気ケトル、電子レンジも完備されていた点。 トイレットペーパーとティッシュペーパーの在庫が切れそうだったため、朝、電話で依頼したところ外出中に届けてくれた（スタッフの電話対応も良かった）。 予約から宿泊にいたるまでの問い合わせや必要事項の連絡など、ホスト側の丁寧でこまめな対応。
線路沿い立地のため電車が通る度に騒音と振動が激しかったこと。 トイレの換気扇が（たぶん壊れていて）スイッチをいれると尋常でない音がするため使えなかったこと。
