１．他の客との接点が全くなく、夜何時まででもゆっくり話ができた（但し、騒ぎはしなかった）し、子供連れでも気を使わなかった。 ２．洗濯機もベランダの干場もあって、ハンガーも充分、小物干しまでついていてほんとうにありがたかった。 ３．冷蔵庫もそこそこ大型のきれいなもので、2泊三日全食（お弁当のランチまで含めて）自炊だったが、冷蔵庫の中に納まった。 ４．ちゃんとしたキッチンと冷蔵庫だったので、思い切りどんどん調理もしやすかった。
１．調理器具が備品にあるという話であったが、フライパンの大小各1個とざる、ボウルのセットが一組で、パスタが茹でられなかった。 ２．確かめなかったこちらが悪いが、調味料が何もなかったため、どこにも大抵はある塩をスーパーで一袋買わなければならなかった。 ３．電車の音と揺れについては、私たちメンバーの性格の問題で許容範囲内・・・特に価格を考えて・・・だった。 ４．連絡の電話がつながりにくい。多少の塩や調理器具を、厚かましくも持ってきてもらえる可能性がないか・・・など、電話でサポートセンター経由で尋ねたが、対応時間が短くて、活動？の合間に折り返し電話をしてもうまくつながらず、結局返信をもらうことができなかった。
