Location (apart from the train).

They should warn guests that the room literally looks out on the train line. Despite that, it wasn't too annoying. A solid building so no shaking but the train is audible. Thankfully a small local line so infrequent trains a one or two cars, so not too disturbing, surprisingly. The checkin system had a glitch but it was handled well by the office.

The apartment itself was spacious with excellent utilities - two bedrooms, plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen, living room, dining table and bathroom. Also, close to the train station so easy connections into the city.

Noisy! Literally metres from the train tracks, so the train will pass by and rattle the apartment along with your ear drums every 20 minutes or so. It goes until around 10pm and then starts up again around 5am if I remember correctly. They should really let people know in the main description how close to the tracks it is. Also, a lot of gaisensha go around this area, so it's just extra noisy and irritating. Also, it was a little dirty - I wanted to move the two beds together and underneath was lots of dust, so they could do better with cleaning.
