Location in the woods was just perfect. Especially on hot days, the forest is very cool and refreshing. The lodge had everything I needed, including a good WiFi connection.

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed. Wonderful setting. A special mention for the comfortable beds. Location is perfect for visiting the seaside and Lincolnshire towns.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean, and it was well-heated.
It felt like it needed a thorough clean - there were so many cobwebs down the sides of beds, in ceiling corners, across lamp shades etc. I understand that it's a lodge in the middle of a wood and there will be cobwebs, but not to that extent. Three bulbs had gone in the kitchen area, making it hard to see there. And the hot water was way too hot, to the degree that we nearly scalded ourselves a couple of times; it is a health and safety issue and needs addressing before this happens.
