Pool, location, friendly helpful family, room sizes, comfortable - we liked the dated decor (homey). It was clean and quiet.
Shower curtain area, kettle needs replacing as the steam leaked from handle that could burn hands. Towels fluff comes off on skin when you use.

The jacuzzi was the selling point for us, amazing! The staff and service was superb and the view was nice. The room was decently equipped and the bed and showers were good. The room was cleaned and we got new sheets and towels every day. Pool was also nice.
The airconditioning seemed to be limited to like 24 degrees which is too hot for me to sleep comfortably. The curtain also doesn't block light very well so I had to sleep with an eye mask on to be avoid being woken up by the light in the morning.

outside space good - nice place to sit and chill out
close to the bus terminal so ok for a one night stay pending ferry journey next day
looked after our bags on check out
shower not great, quite a walk from Fira centre along a dark road
bed was not double - two singles pushed together
