Lovely staff,, room was absolutely spotless and cleaned everyday as soon as we left.. free parking just beside the building definitely helps (I would advise a car to see all the island) this place definitely ticked every box for us.
It was a 10-15 minute walk into fira but we knew that before booking so this isn't really a negative.

The host was very polite and friendly and she even drove us to the bus station with our luggage. The room was always perfectly clean and had all the facilities you might need. It is near the bus station and the local shops.

My sister & I spent four nights at the Phoenix hotel, from start to finish, the experience was super. The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what really stood out was the level of service from Fay from the manager. She went above & beyond to make our stay a memorable one.
Only that it was down a hill so the legs got a great workout for the few days 😂

It was mostly clean inside and outside and the pool was very nice
Half of the lights in our hotel room didn’t work and the ones that did were VERY dimmed the staff didn’t help us with explaining the island and only told us about one singular boat tour they didn’t speak much English and the location was far from the city square
