Good position for day activity on the snow

Nic sand comfortable… No regret to choose :)

The host was friendly. The location is very silent. Large enough rooms. Nice balcony which is used shared by the next door. There are couple of rented house at the same building.

The pillows was big but too soft for my preference. I could not run WiFi from the bedroom but maybe it was my mistake. There seems to be splitter too.

Very good and quiet

There was a nice garden and enough comfortable beds for five people.

The promised electric bbq wasn't there, so we need to do our sausages and burgers in the pan.

Exceptional

Vladimir was really kind and helpful. We found the apartment really clean and rooms were comfortable. We had enough space for 7 people. If you have special requests in the kitchen it is recommended to take it from your home, but the basic tools can be found in the kitchen.

Most comfortable house at best price

Extremely comfortable house, all you need as appliances is available in great quality and brand new. We rested in great comfort. The host is extremely kind and helpful. We highly appreciated the Erlebnis cards he gave us with all free perks for Carinthia.

No interim cleaning for 6 days, that was a bit surprising. Despite this the house is amazing value for its price. The laundry machine and the separate corridor for the shoes helped a lot.

Very warm, cosy and well equipt apartment!

Well equipped and cosy apartment! It was even decorated for Christmas:) The owner left a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was lovely, and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay;) Great location ( 7-8 mins from the main gondola for Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort), very calm area (Bodensorf village) close to major supermarkets and some very nice restaurants;)

Well equipped, renovated apartment, we enjoyed our stay :)

Newly renovated apartment with new appliances, with really comfy beds - also the sofa bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners also offer a family entry card to the local "Strandbad" in Bodensdorf for the time of your stay, as the house itself doesn't have access to the lake.

The owners could add bowls in the kitchen and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Apart from that, everything was fine!

Exceptional

Spacious app for 6-7 persons (two families), bathroom with washmaschine, separate wc, completly equiped kitchen, including dishmashine, a lot of parking space. Quite location. 5 min by car from cable, 5 min by foot from big markets and bus station. Excellent value for extraordinary price.

Pokój zabaw dla dzieci i barek z kawą

Kurz na szafie w sypialni i drewniana deska kuchenna- brudna. Uważam że taka deska jest w ogóle nie higieniczna. Choć ogólnie było naprawdę czysto, wszystko nowe i zadbane.

nagyon tetszett a szállás, tiszták és tágasak voltak a szobák, szuper volt az erkély, nagyon jól fel volt szerelve a konyha és nagy könnyebbség volt, hogy volt mosógép és mosogató is. mi síelni mentünk, így szintén szuper volt, hogy kocsival 7 perc alatt a gerlitzeni Kanzelbahnnál lehet lenni, sőt még ingyenes busz is jár a felvonó irányába, aminek az egyik megállója gyalog sincs messze a szállástól.

Zimní lyžařská dovolená na Gerlitzen Alpe

Prostorné klidné apartmány v pohodové dojezdové vzdálenosti od sjezdovek. Paní domácí byla velmi vstřícná a vzorně se o nás starala. Děti byly úplně nadšené z herny.

Hodil by se sušák na lyžáky, ale vzhledem k chladnému počasí to nebylo úplně limitující. Navíc jsme si mohli nechat lyžáky ve sklepě, takže byly v teple a nepřekážely nikde na pokoji.

Neu renovierte und geräumige Fewo

Vorneweg: die Fewo ist neu renoviert und grundsätzlich recht schön. Vor allem das Badezimmer ist sehr ansprechend. Die Matratzen sind super und die Fewo ist geräumig. Wir hatten das family Apartment und demzufolge gab es viel Stauraum (2 Schränke, 1 große Kommode). Ein großes Lob an Klara, die im gleichen Haus wohnt, jederzeit erreichbar war und sich um alle unsere Anliegen super gekümmert hat. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind teilweise fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso die Seepromenade. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen und schöne Ausflugsziele.

Leider wirkt die Wohnung etwas kahl - kein einziges Bild an den weißen Wänden. Es fehlen in Küche und Badezimmer Haken (schon mehrfach von anderen Bewertern erwähnt) und uns hat vor den Couchen ein kleiner Tisch gefehlt. Die Stühle waren sehr hart und unbequem, aber Klara hat auf unsere Anregung hin sofort Sitzkissen besorgt. Danke nochmals dafür. Von außen wirkt das Haus noch nicht besonders einladend - es steckt in der Renovierungsphase.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub am See

Innenbereich des Hauses komplett erneuert. Sehr gut ausgestattete Maxibar und Spielzimmer im Keller. Sehr ruhige Umgebung (Sackgasse). Nicht nur die Erlebniscard, sondern auch die Kärntencard ist für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäcker/Cafe, Restaurants, Bahnhof, Touristeninfo und Strand sind fußläufig in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung (Family apartment), aber es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie zu wenig Handtuchhacken im Bad (nur 2), Untersetzer für heiße Töpfe/Pfanne in der Küche, zusätzliche Mülleimer für Mülltrennung (nur 1x vorhanden), Mücken-/Fliegennetz an den Fenstern (trotz größerer Entfernung zum See sind die Mücken stark präsent). Das Haus von außen ist nicht schön anzusehen (wird wohl noch renoviert laut Beschreibung).

Posizione molto valida per raggiungere a piedi l'Ossiacher See e in generale per visitare i laghi della Carinzia. Appartamento piuttosto semplice, ma abbastanza funzionale, con lo stretto necessario.

La parte esterna e il giardino sono poco curate, c'è poca privacy (nella nostra parte di giardino le.persone passavano davanti alla nostra porta finestra). La struttura è poco insonorizzata e purtroppo si sentono tutti i rumori degli altri appartamenti.

Krásný nový pohodlný apartmán, skvělá herna i samoobslužný bar. Na městskou pláž se vstupem zdarma je to kousek. Korutanská karta v ceně nás nadchla. Pokud to půjde, určitě se vrátíme

Das Appartement war schön renoviert, d er Balkon war gut um Abends draußen zu sitzen, Küche gut ausgestattet, Kaffeefilter vorhanden, sonst keine Grundausstattung (zb Salz, Zucker usw) Waschtabs für Geschirrspüler vorhanden Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer Kein Verkehrslärm Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus Betten sehr bequem Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern, Kärnten Card und Erlebiscard inklusive

Fußboden hat geknarrt, hatte im Angst die Kinder zu wecken Supermarkt in der Nähe (8 min zu Fuß) für größere Einkäufe oder Getränke ev doch mit dem Auto Das selbe gilt für das Strandbad (gratis), Parkgebühren 6 Euro Tagesticket, zu Fuß ca 15-20 min. Sind bei der Hitze doch mit dem Auto gefahren. War auch gut, da es plötzlich ein Gewitter gegeben hat und wir sonst nicht so schnell ins Zimmer gekommen wären.

Tiché prostředí, ideální pro odpočinek. Vybavení naprosto dostačující. Prostorný byl apartmán tak akorát. Koupelna velmi prostorná. Pokud budeme mít cestu, rádi se zde ubytujeme znovu. 👍
