The biggest inconvenience for us was mediocre Wi-Fi. Minor issues: - Initially we could not find the apartment within the house. - One of the beds broke when a 50 kg person sat on it. We had to fix some bed slats.

A spacious apartment for families with 1 or 2 kids. Well equipped, great view.

The apartment is located in Kranzlhofen, very close to Velden. Karawankenpromenade is a narrow street on the hill. We got the garage for our car which we could charge there with electricity. A little tricky to park in, but I got used to it soon. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was exceptionally well cleaned. The kitchen is fully equipped. When I missed a large pot, the host Marcus happened to come by and bring one - without mentioning it to him. A real mind reader, he is. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. The air is clean and the mountain view perfect. The Karintia Card, which is included with your stay is great, you can go to the beaches with it free of charge and get discounts at many tourist destinations including the 100m high Pyramindenkogel lookout point (do try the 60m slide on the way down!).

There was a damp smell in the stairway. The noise from the highway cannot be heard during the night with closed windows, otherwise there is a constant quiet buzz. We got used to it fast and let air in from the kitchen which is not directed towards the highway. Bug nets would be a great addittion on some of the windows.

Wir sind das dritte Mal im Apartmenthaus Karawankenpromenade 12 und kommen gerne wieder.

Der freundliche Besitzer, die ruhige Lage mit tollen Ausblick und das gesamte Ambiente des Apartmenthauses. Sehr sauber und sehr aufmerksames Personal. In unmittelbarer Nähe das ausgezeichnetes Restaurant Marko, nur 3Gehminuten vom Apartmenthaus. Super ist auch das Wörthersee App mit vielen Ermäßigungen, dass uns der Besitzer per E-Mail geschickt hat.

Hervorragender Gastgeber und gute Lage

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sollte es während des Aufenthaltes an etwas fehlen oder Fragen auftauchen, rate ich, ihn zu kontaktieren: es kommt sehr schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort. Wir haben von ihm zur WörtherseePlusCard zusätzlich das Bäderpaket erhalten, das freien Eintritt in mehrere der schönen Strandbäder beinhaltet. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, allerdings ist in Appartment 1 sehr wenig Arbeitsfläche vorhanden (wer oft gerne selber kochen möchte, sollte sich vielleicht für eines der größeren Appartements entscheiden). Das Restaurant des Hotels Marko in unmittelbarer Nähe ist empfehlenswert. Insgesamt sind ausreichend Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos (d.h., Küche und Bad sind schon älter und etwas abgenutzt, aber es funktioniert alles und es war sauber). Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Berge, wir saßen zum Essen immer draußen. Die Autobahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und daher schon deutlich zu hören (wenn die Schallschutzfenster geschlossen sind, hört man aber gar nichts). Dafür ist man eben auch schnell auf der Autobahn, um Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Velden ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ziehen sich die 2-3 km auf dem Rückweg allerdings ganz schön, da es recht steil bergauf geht. Da es jemand erwähnt hat: eine Waschmaschine sowie Wäscheständer befinden sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum eine Etage tiefer.

Auf dem Hof sind drei Stellplätze, die Einfahrt ist etwas eng und steil. Wenn aber alle rücksichtsvoll parken, passt das. Mit einem größeren oder tiefergelegten Fahrzeug könnte es jedoch schwierig sein, dort zu parken.

Ottima soluzione per villeggiatura sul Wörthersee

L'appartamento era completo di tutto e in una posizione molto pratica per raggiungere tutti i paesini della zona del Wörthersee. Il nostro appartamento era al piano inferiore e nonostante non ci fosse aria condizionata era fresco (siamo stati in un periodo con temperature massime anche di 32 gradi). Proprietari molto cordiali, siamo stati molto bene.

Bon rapport qualité prix !

Les hôtes étaient très gentils ! La vue est magnifique sur les montagnes . Proche de velden mais aussi de l'autoroute.

C'est vrai que les serviettes sentaient un peu mauvais et que nous avons nettoyé le frigo en arrivant. (Certains commentaires en parlaient). Mais cela est compensé par la gentillesse des hôtes, qui étaient toujours disponibles. Et surtout nous avons nous même sali le sol extérieur avec de l'huile alors nous ne pouvons rien dire sur ce point 😅.

Alt und verwohnt zudem noch unbequem!

Der Ausblick! Allerdings hört man die Autobahn!

Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe! Alt und quietschend ..abgenutzt und unbequem! Das Sofa für das Kind im Wohnzimmer ist kein Schlafsofa und wurde nur von einem spannbetlaken was nicht richtig saß bezogen! Somit hatte man keine Sitzmöglichkeit mehr im Wohnzimmer außer die vier harten Holzstühle 🙈 keine Waschmaschine..
