Our property is located in the Redlands, just minutes from downtown, and offers endless access to all types of outdoor recreation including biking, hiking, golfing, hunting, and fishing. This home is a great fit for anyone who loves to be outdoors; the Tabeguache/Lunch loops trails are literally out your front door and if you are a road cyclist you will certainly want to ride the Colorado National Monument loop.

We also ask that you please be water conservative, the house is located in the high desert and all the water is delivered for the house.
