These holiday apartments are beachfront located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, south of Leghorn. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba, with main port of departure at Piombino at only 30 km. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

This 32 sqm studio apartment is located on the waterfront, on the top (3rd) floor of a building with a lift.
This west-facing flat is located in a very quiet and exclusive location.

The flat consists of a single room plus bathroom and a sea view terrace equipped with a marble table and wrought iron chairs.
At the entrance you will find a sofa on the right side that can be converted into a double bed. At the front you will find a dining table and a sideboard. On the left side is a well-equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, mocha and filter coffee machine and dishwasher.
The door on the left leads to the marble bathroom with shower and washing machine. The flats are on the 3rd and top floor of a building (with lift) in Marina di Castagneto, where you will also find small shops and restaurants. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The beach directly in front of the building is free of charge.
Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of "Marina di Castagneto", guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols and access to a free beach.

Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea.
