Flat in the historic centre of Venice (Sestiere di Castello) Close to the Biennale in a quiet area off the common tourist routes.
Located on the second floor, the flat is about 90 m2. It is very bright. Very spacious with a view of St. Peter's bell tower. Consists of a large entrance hall (dining room) from where you access the other rooms: living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one single room). It can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
The house is entirely for guests, with an independent entrance.
Near the flat there is a supermarket and a bakery. The flat is close to transport and you can easily reach it by going down to the biennale - san pietro gardens. It is close to the Biennale and St. Peter's Cathedral. If you take a walk along Riva degli Schiavoni, from where you can admire St. Mark's Basin, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 20 minutes.
