Beautiful villa suitable for up to 10 people, originally a watchtower from the 17th century, with a marvellous view over the Tuscan hills. Enjoy the view with a glass of good wine at any time of day, but especially at sunset.
Renovated over the centuries and recently restored, the house still retains the traditional features of a typical Tuscan country house.

The house has a large garden with a gazebo full of olive trees, fruit plants and flowers as well as a swimming pool (depth 150 cm, 6 x 12 m, open from mid-April to mid-October) and a hot tub (use on request). Here you can enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi. On a slightly lower garden level, there is a charming gazebo with a table seating 10 and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
For sports lovers, there is a small football pitch (max 10 players), a table tennis table and the opportunity to take beautiful, long walks through the oak woods that surround the property.

The villa is 250 m², a typical Tuscan stone house with rustic style elements such as wooden and terracotta tiled floors and wrought iron details, but without neglecting modern comforts such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and the jacuzzi.
Simply furnished, the villa is spread over 2 floors.
Ground floor: reading room with stereo, a beautiful living / dining room with old fireplace and satellite TV, DVD player, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and ice maker, microwave, filter coffee machine, moka coffee machine, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher).
First floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Two twin rooms (can be converted into a double room) with en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The tower: separate entrance from the rest of the villa. The original and oldest part of the property has a small living room and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer) on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and a large terrace with breathtaking views over the valley.
