Wonderful location and lovely host. Would return!

UNMATCHED view and location. Host was friendly and communicative and provided delicious croissants for breakfast throughout the stay. Kitchen was well-stocked as needed and space was very comfortable. Would return in a heartbeat and even stay for a longer visit!

Not too many restaurant options nearby, but the view / proximity to nature was well worth this trade-off.

Memorable stay quiet picturesque location for long walks along the loch and first rate facilities.

Fantastic location sitting at the table in front of a big window looking out across the loch morar. Almond croissants each morning courtesy of our host was a wonderful touch.

Our stay was exceptional !!

The location was beside Loch Morar and the views from inside & on the decking were spectacular. It states in the guest information it is not a 5 star hotel but it is 1st Class accommodation and we would highly recommend. The welcome pack was amazing as were the fresh croissants each morning. Stanislaw is a wonderful, thoughtful and kind host, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there and will happily return. It truly is a home from home and Stanislaw has thought of everything you could possibly need, the facilities are too a high standard.

Amazing stay

The view is spectacular, the suite has everything for comfort, it's more than what we expected. The host, Stanislaw, was amazing and even offered to pick us up and drop us. Drinks, snacks and croissant were also waiting for us. It was amazing.

A little piece of heaven!

Hospitality from host was exceptional. The property was well equipped with everything you could need and a few surprises which added a lovely touch. The scenery was spectacular - idyllic and so peaceful - we even had a visit from a deer. Great location for travelling to various points. Exceptional value for money. Would highly recommend and definitely would return.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully situated on Loch Morar. Even in poor weather, the view from the window is breathtaking. And there were no midges - because of the wind and rain! Our host, though we met him only once, was kind and welcoming. The apartment is very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We would happily visit again.

Lovely Almond Croissants (best we’ve ever tasted) they were kindly brought to property by host Stanislaw Property was very clean and had modern shower room and super kitchen There was plenty of hot water we had everything we needed for 2 night stay Views were fantastic and property near to amazing Silver Sand beaches Host welcomed us which was nice

Nothing that we didn’t like - Just a wee gripe and didn’t spoil our stay - but I think a thick mattress topper on the bed would be advantageous for extra comfort.

Superb views. Beers, cokes And pastries left by Mae. The weather ensured that we saw the magnificent surroundings at their best. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. Spacious, modern bathroom with walk in shower. Having dinner over looking Loch Morar.

Minor point. Would have liked a freezer or freezer compartment of the fridge.

Perfect tranquil location with the most fabulous view of Loch Morar, the accommodation was perfect, and every need taken care of. Father Stanislaw was a very kind host who left us the most delicious almond croissants every day, and the fridge was stocked with milk, beer and soft drinks as well as bottle of wine which was much appreciated . Perfect place to stay to explore the silver sands of Morar, we walked to the Morar hotel for dinner, which was fab, just 15 minutes along the road. We will definitely be back here, just lovely .

Stunning setting for short break. What's not to like?

Stunning location. Very modern and new fittings and appliances. Off-road parking with only 7 meters walk to door. Only a few steps away from very quiet and picturesque road running along the edge of Loch Morar. Beautiful location to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Very private. Well stocked fridge (milk, cereal, fruit juice, ice, yogurt) and bottle of red wine to greet your arrival.

Awkward to dry wet cloths. No major supermarkets within easy reach - there is a small Co-op in nearby Mallaig but that's about it.

We had a wonderful stay here! A beautiful location with great modern facilities. The host was very kind and accommodating. Almond croissants were brought to us in the mornings which was very appreciated. There’s lots of lovely walks to take and close to the ferries for excursions.

A lovely property in a stunning location. The pictures are accurate but do not do the property or the location justice, they cannot convey the ambience of both. Comfortable bed, a small but very well equipped and stylish kitchen, outstanding bathroom. Every detail in the property has clearly been thought through, including little treats left for us every day. Very close to Mallaig, less than 10 minutes drive, but a much better location to stay. Parking in Mallaig in the summer for overnight stays is nigh on impossible, and we were so happy to return to the suite in the evening with easy parking and enjoy the calm, serene and private location. The internet worked very well, they were many channels on the TV and the interior was very modern making excellent use of technology. There was more than enough space for two people. Exceptionally clean when we arrived.

Wonderful private location with amazing views and great amenities on property.

Absolutely beautiful location! The property was cozy and quiet making for the perfect romantic getaway. Just enough off the main roads to feel private and peaceful yet plenty of amenities within a 10 minute drive including a ferry to the Isle of Sky. The host clearly values his customers by providing just about everything you could think of plus so much more to make the stay feel like a home away from home. Everything from instructions for appliances to extra supplies for hygiene and cooking. I could not have asked for a better stay and would travel the world to stay here again.

A totally wonderful stay

If I could give 11 out of 10 I would! What a wonderful property, in a great location overlooking a peaceful loch, and being looked after so well by the host. We could not have asked for anything more, it was truly superb. The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard, and we found we had everything we needed, plus more things we were not expecting. The location is perfect for a tranquil stay, with no noise, and you can walk along the loch for a really lovely experience. The silver sands of Morar and Camusdarach are literally a few minutes drive away, Mallaig is around 10 minutes drive. We will definitely come again.

Brilliant

The Chapel House was similar to a lovely hotel suite, except that it was attached to St Cumin’s Church and a few metres from Loch Morar with an enormous picture window. It has spectacular views across the water from the sofa, dining table and the bed. There small road for walking along the loch. The bench seat and front porch were wonderful bonuses to sit and gaze at the view. The suite and facilities were great, well equipped kitchen and lovely treats provided. Stanislaw was an excellent host with accurate and detailed information and fruit cake!

Everything was fantastic, exceeded our expectations. Bed was super comfy, fully equipped kitchen all mod cons included. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent views, definite value for money. Stan was very friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed the freshly baked croissant that were delivered to us in the morning. We would definitely book again.
