Perfect place!

You’ll find everything you need in the lodge. Everything has been perfectly thought through. The location is indescribably beautiful and peaceful. There’s a wonderful view of Loch Morar, and you can start hikes directly from the accommodation. Bev is a lovely host! She had some great recommendations for us and communication with her was smooth and easy.

A lovely break that exceeded our expectations.

The location is superb for those who enjoy peace, quiet and exceptional views. The ‘pod’ is very well appointed and perfectly comfortable for two.

Not a problem if you want to get away from it all, but. don’t expect a phone signal.

Away from it all.

Everything. Was a home away from home, lovely comfy pod, with everything you could need. Great views both day and night (stars) from the terrace, warm and cosy inside, with good cooking facilities, if that takes your fancy. Got beer, cheese and eggs gratis, which was a lovely touch. Bev, my host provided and was super freinfky. Also, added bonus, the lodge os totally off the phone grid, so the perfect place to get away from it all. Final bonus was the cutest duvet cover ever....

If you want a peaceful, quiet getaway location in a stunning environment, then this is perfect.

Set in a perfect, tranquil location overlooking the loch. The weather was beautiful for the time of year which blessed us with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. There was a small welcome pack which was much appreciated ( but do take a few essentials of your own). Pod itself was spotlessly clean and in good order. Its definately isolated if that's what you're after, but at the same time, close enough to Mallaig (7 miles) to nip away for supplies. Bev provides 6 eggs on arrival and they are lovely and fresh. Really suggest buying more when you leave and the lamb chops were to die for....

Have sat for ages trying to think of something to criticise but there really isn't anything that comes to mind. With an arm twisted right up my back I'd ask for one of the trees at the bottom of the garden to be chopped down to give even better views. Bev is considering it so keep looking.

Exceptional

Everything! Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed! The standard of cleanliness was very high. The lodge was unbelievably comfortable, the host was very welcoming! And the location... Well, the photos speak for themselves! And virtually not a midge in sight! A totally serene and peaceful place. No road noise, no light pollution! Just incredible! We absolutely loved this place! The little guide book the host puts in the lodge was invaluable! We fully recommend the walk to Stoul! Absolutely stunning and we saw our first Golden Eagle! Can't rate this place enough! We will be back!

Lovely location with a perfect view out the front of the porch right on to loch morar ,Lodge has all you need to make meals etc . Brilliant walking route if you head 10minutes down the hill and go though the gate (just watch you don’t get chased by the sheep like us lol )

only thing I would point didn’t bother me that much but it may others is there was a few cob webs in the corner of the bed and the roof apart from that nothing .

Comfortable; enjoyable; warm & cosy, quiet & remote (which we like) enabling us to enjoy the area.

We brought our own breakfast. The location was as we hoped - on a very quiet road and away from noise and light pollution. We were very comfortable at the Wee Lodge during our stay.

We appreciate it wasn’t the Ritz and so therefore everything was just fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay at the Wee Lodge

We stayed at the Wee Lodge for 3 nights, and cannot fault it! The location is excellent, the road along to the property sits right besides the beautiful loch Morar. Loads to do, ferry to small isles, Skye, kayaking on lake. Highly recommend this property.
