Świetna lokalizacja to największy atut. Samodzielne zameldowanie- bardzo sprawne. Czystość też w porządku. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Wygodne łóżko!
Obiekt należałoby już odświeżyć. Bardzo brudne ściany, plamy na kanapie. W łazience- brak lustra, wielki purchel po zalaniu na suficie, który już zaczyna pleśnieć. „Goła” żarówka w łazience. Mało miejsca na rzeczy- w szafie gdzie byla jedyna półka leżał dodatkowy pakiet pościeli. Szafka pod telewizorem traciła stabilność po otwarciu. W mieszkani nie ma kawałka lustra. Nie można się umalować, uczesać, zobaczyć jak sie wygląda. Mimo dobrej czystości ogólnej w okolicy kanapy znalazłam skarpetę jak sądzę po poprzednim wynajmującym :)

Lokalizacja genialna. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Apartament jak na szybki wypad sprawdza się idealnie.
Brakowało mi tylko ręcznika papierowego w kuchni oraz soli. Te dwie rzeczy bardzo by się przydały mając w apartamencie aneks kuchenny. Nie są wymagane, ale zdecydowanie dopełniłyby. Tak to musiałam używać papieru toaletowego. Jedynie ten wieszak na kurtynę prysznicowa ciągle spadał i musiałam go na nowo zakładać.
