A simple, yet comfortable room in a shared apartment close to the station. All basic amenities provided. Online communication with the host is clear.
Not so easy to find, especially if you are dropped by your taxi a block or two away from C106B. Very few people could help us locate the apartment. We had difficulty opening the main apartment door. The key didn't unlock the door. But we did eventually find the apartment and get access to our room.

I really like the location and a separate room
-The bedding material was poor, synthetic, battered. Mattress was comfortable though. Did not want to sleep there, to be honest.
-That’s a small room in apartment, with 2 other rooms, and you do not know who rent those. In my case it was a troop of children, so the night was not about sleeping, i heard every single word said, like it was in front of my face.
