About this house rental

This home is located only 500m from the trendy cafes, shops and front beach. If you prefer the back beach, it's a short drive to the spectacular Bridgewater Bay, home of the Jumping Rock!

Featuring three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, laundry with second shower, two separate living areas, light-filled kitchen, expansive timber decking and level grassed backyard perfect for summer games of cricket. Not to mention a basketball ring, ping pong table and inground trampoline that’s sure to keep the kids occupied all day.

Thoroughly charming throughout with a wonderful welcoming ambience that is cosy and homely; features include wood fireplace in formal lounge, ceiling fans, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and air-conditioning in second bedroom and family room.

The gardens are leafy, with abundant space for children to play, and the backyard is gated. Family BBQ’s after a morning at the beach out on the deck soaking up the toasty sunshine will be a regular event.

Strictly no schoolies or party style bookings. If you disregard and booking in anyway, you will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be applied.

Bedroom1: Queen bed with walk in robe. Sleeps 2. Porta cot available if required.
Bedroom 2: Double bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top) with walk in robe. Sleeps 3.
Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed. Sleeps 2.

Great location and family friendly house. Kids loved the outdoor space, in-ground trampoline, basketball ring and table tennis. Hosts communication was excellent and host was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great outdoor area to sit down and have food and talk. The house was very clean and offered many ammenities. Whilst at the house the owner was very responsive via messages and was easy to contact. Would definitely recommend it this house for everyone!
