About this house rental
'Billy by the beach' is a comfortable holiday home just 300m to Blairgowrie front beach. It's an easy five minute walk to the shops along the front beach or the walking path.
With a billiard table, a large backyard and decks at the front and back of the house, it's a perfect location for a relaxed holiday. There are two separate lounge areas, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and indoor and outdoor dining. There is also parking for two cars.

Property presented as advertised, clean and fitted with all facilities required to make it feel like home. Great location, so close to the bay beach, 5 mins walk to Blairgowrie shops, but in a very quiet street. Fantastic holiday, hope to visit again next summer!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The house had everything we needed for a lovely family weekend with family members of all ages. The downstairs ended up being a perfect kids retreat which allowed the adults to enjoy some time together playing boardgames, cooking and enjoying meals upstairs.
The location was ideal for the early risers to go for walks every morning to the beach and for coffee at the shops. Everything we needed was close by (either walking or by car).
We used some of the hosts recommendations and found some wonderful local treasures (rock pools, restaurants, walking tracks) which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall a wonderful property that we hope to stay in again.
