The condo was very clean. We had difficulty with our door code initially and had to contact the owner who reset the pin. We continued to have difficulty throughout our stay with the keypad being very finicky. We could never get the air below 80. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs helped, but it was very hot and uncomfortable. I finally contacted the owner regarding this who said he would turn the temp down on his end. Seemed like it was set high not to go any lower than that. We never got the thermostat to go below 80. When we got there, all of the vents on the ceiling were closed, which was very odd. The surrounding area is not the best, but we never felt unsafe. For a 4 bedroom condo there is a very small living area with one uncomfortable small couch & 2 chairs.

My stay here was great! The place was very clean & very nice. It was perfect for the group that I came down with. All rooms had their own bathroom and shower and it was great!

The property is very nice, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and nice amenities provided. However, if you bring a group, the hot water heater is undersized for the property. Most of us had just a few minutes of hot water that turned cold quickly. I messaged the host and he quickly sent maintenance, but the maintenance employee just told us "that's the way it is". I for one HATE cold showers, so this was a big negative for me that I wish I had known before booking. I think it is something that could be fixed. The neighborhood is not the best either. Overall, okay but would look elsewhere for our next trip to Nashville.
