About this house rental
Welcome to our newly renovated trendy town-home. We're 2 miles from the Gulch area, from the streets of Downtown Broadway and Mid-Town. Our space is very inviting, tastefully furnished with contemporary furnishings, and new appliances. Street and private parking is available. The town-home is equipped with key-less entry and privacy fence. Welcome to our home and to Nashville.
Our town-home has a privacy fence for your comfort. There is s a small deck on the back for sitting, as well as a separate fenced area for gathering located on the property. Two bedrooms are furnished with televisions and one television in the living room area. Each bed comes with sheets, a blanket and comforter as well as four pillows. There are two full bathrooms; both full bathrooms are furnished with four sets of towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and toilet paper. There is an additional half bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, cutlery, and a Keurig.
Guest have the entire townhome for use.

There is a safety issue in the lower level bedroom closet. I am assuming carpet was laid over an open vent hole. My girlfriend twisted her ankle stepping in the hole. There was no shampoo conditioner etc. there was a gas/sewer smell coming from the downstairs bathroom. Every thing else was good.
