T2 spacieux - lumineux et très propre. Situé dans un immeuble dont la cage d'escalier était propre et bien éclairée. Appartement très bien équipé. Le salon / cuisine est bien séparé de la chambre à coucher un vrai plus. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à chacune de mes sollicitations

Ça sera pour chipoter mais pour l'été il faudra penser à prendre un ventilateur..mais appart ça tout est nikel,je le recommande.

Appartement spacieux au calme.

Logement spacieux au calme, bien situé dans un environnement arboré. Lieu propre et équipement satisfaisant. Bonne connexion internet. Bon Rapport qualité prix...(à nos dates).

Le bémol, pour chipoter, la propreté des vitres. Une roulette à pizza pourrait être sympa, un détail !... Places de parking pas toujours à proximité.

2 Tage in Belfort

Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Netflix kostenfrei und ohne eigene Registrierung. Großer Kühlschrank und gut ausgestattete Küche. Große Dusche. In der Dusche konnte die einzige Heizung reguliert werden. Die Lage war sehr gut für uns. Die Größe der Wohnung ist in Ordnung.

Sehr kalt als wir ankamen. Der Boden 2 Tage eiskalt. Wir mussten uns einen Konvektor kaufen (oder hätten 2 Tage frieren können). Erst nach mehreren Stunden eine Antwort des Vermieters, dass er die Heizung per Fernsteuerung auf keinen Fall wärmer als 22 Grad einstellen werde, da ihm das zu teuer ist. Zum Glück hatten wir vorgesorgt, da Karfreitag kein Feiertag in Belfort war. Die Toilettenspülung defekt: es dauerte 10 Minuten bis der Wasserkasten sich wieder gefüllt hatte. Quietschendes Bett bei jeder Bewegung. Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Wohnung im 2. Stock mit sehr engen Treppen. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Über uns Getrampel aus der Wohnung. Haus aus der Nachkriegszeit. Dementsprechend der Eingang.

Séjour agréable et reposant

L'appartement est très bien isolé ce qui fait que nous n'entendons pas le bruit des voitures ou du voisinage. C'est très cosy et calme pour se reposer et se détendre. Je recommande vivement il était propre à l'arrivée et l'hôte est très sympathique et disponible !!!

Logement propre et moderne ! Hôte agréable et réactif . Dommage pour les point négatifs vraiment !

Le matelas est mous et inconfortable, j'ai eu mal au dos tout le Week end. Les dosettes pour la cafetière dolce gusto ne sont pas fournis !
