Fine, but odd design and toilet very uncomfortable

A nice apartment, but odd design and decoration choices. As others have said, the toilet is in a tiny room, difficult to go in and sit on the toilet comfortably, not for anyone who is very tall. Sink also very awkward in the bathroom, and impossible to plug in the hairdryer and stand in front of the mirror with it. Coffee machine provided, but no coffee capsules/tea/sugar. Also, up quite narrow set of stairs. Could be a really great place to stay, but we spent the whole time thinking of improvements.

The heating system could be defined as a little difficult to figure out.

New kitchen, big bathroom with washing machine , new television with a lot of programs. Good located to get to the vielle ville and the sightseeings of the town. Enough public parking space. Good and problem-less handling to get the key. Good heating conditions.

Le matelas qui bouge au moindre mouvement de l’autre personne. Il n'y a avait pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, mais nous en avons achetée une et c'était réglé.

Appartement accessible, propre, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, belle petite cuisine équipée, l’essentiel y est. Le propriétaire Gauthier est soucieux du bien être de ses locataires.

Le logement est bien situe a 10 minute a pied du centre ville et rue pietonne et 5mn du Lidl L'emplacement de stationnement disponible dans la rue Et belle salle de bain Logement bien pour 1 a 2 nuits

Le propriétaire est injoinable pour un constat de manque propreté lors de notre arrivée Point contact du logement gras et trace. Sol collant Plaque et four sale Presence de cigarette et tabac au sol Eponge de vaisselle inutilisable Nous avons dû aller acheté des produits pour nettoyer le logement a notre arrive Le logement semblait plus grand en photo Chauffage connecte par le propriétaire nous avons eu tres froid Un petit rafraichissement en peinture du logement serait un plus

Bon séjour et ville agréable à visiter

Bien car possibilité de parking dans la rue , le calme vu la période

il manque un plan d'évacuation, pas de sécurité au niveau incendie absence d'extincteur, wc très exigu, literie à améliorer, mettre quelques crochets dans la salle de bains pour les vêtements, ajouter une chaise dans la chambre. un miroir, les poubelles sont dans un état lamentable (mettre des gants jetables à disposition) un regret que l'appartement n'est pas signalé comme étant au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Appartement lumineux, très propre ! Literie très confortable. Chambre bien chauffée avec parquet chauffant c'est très appréciable. Emplacement proche de toute commodités. Place de stationnement gratuites devant l'immeuble.

Une seule choses qui manquer selon moi pour que sa soit parfait. Il serais appréciable d'avoir du café voir du thé en arrivant cela fais toujours la différence :) Et par contre aucune épices, ni sel ni poivre.
