About this villa rental
This is one of the three villas built in 2019 forming part of a villa complex; this means that we can cater for large groups within the complex.
The ground floor of this villa consists of a parking space for two or three cars, an open plan sitting/living room with a billiard table, a spacious kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and a bathroom.
At first floor level, there are four bedrooms all with views, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioned. At the second-floor level, there is the suite with a large window facing a spectacular view of the Maltese countryside.
This villa was finished to very high standards with Wi-Fi (FREE) and air-conditioning (coin operated - €10 daily given free) in all rooms. The location itself in another asset as it is close to Marsaxlokk and Marsascala. Marsaxlokk being the fishing village having the best restaurants while Marsascala is a quaint seaside village ideal for morning jogs or swimming in the crystal-clear water.

Nice spacious house. Good help if you need anybody. You call the housekeeper and she replies quickly and does her best to make it comfortable. Compliments for her!We had a very good time.The house itself is between to other houses that can be rented. Can be noisy some time. We had no problems.The furniture in kitchen and bathroom is not very good quality. You can see some scratches, loose screws etcetera.

Villa Lyons is located just outside the city and offers plenty of space and room. The villa is as described in the advert.
We have deducted one star because the house is very noisy, i.e. neighbours celebrating, the work at the quarry or the regular wind disturbed us a little. We were also slightly disappointed with the pool table, as most of the equipment is broken and only one cue is barely usable.
Otherwise, we had a lot of fun and the location is ideal as a starting point for many excursions (by car).

I came with a group of friends for a holiday and we couldn’t of chose a better place! There is a butchers down the road that has everything you need and amazing meats for a very good price.
The villa itself has a pool table and open living space perfect for evenings with friends. The pool outside was big enough to fit us all in and had lovely views. Everything was immaculately clean.
You can get around using an app called Bolt which booked taxis allowing us to discover more of the island!
