Amazing property rental and stay in Cervinia

The coziness of the place, availability of the host, the option to ski in and out was cery convenient as well.

Just the fact that the location was a 10-15 uplhill hike from the city centre, but nothing much can be done about that.

Great view good location.

This is a ski in place. It sits on the slopes above Cervinia and has a parking space. It is, warm and really well equipped. For 4 peoole or a family of two adults and 3 children it is a great shout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Support for getting in was very good. There is a restaurant in the hotel next door and another a short walk away. Good views.

Skis have to go on the balcony and boots in the flat which can be a bit messy. The direct ski out involves off piste when the slalom is being used. Be prepared for the walk into town, 20 mins, as parking down in the village can be difficult. Squashed for 5 adults. But all in all a very nice stay.!!

Fine for what we needed

The booking said number 44 but it was number 41. Initially confusing. The garage was very poorly lit and laid out. Difficult to find parking spot and find the lift. The apartment needed some DIY - showers blocked and blinds not working. But it was well equipped, in a good location and the landlady was very helpful and accommodating.

Good location could have been cleaner.

You cant beat the location for ski in ski out and it would be the perfect place to stay for a family of four or two couples has everything you need and a very nice balcony to enjoy a view of the resort

The floors hadn’t been cleaned and were completely dirty, the car park was to small for our van so we had to park else where. Power points in the walls don’t work unless you switch the lights on in the bedrooms, not ideally if you want to sleep. Not enough storage areas and no where to store your skis.

Nice ski in / out apartment

Great location for ski in / out and a 10 min walk into the village; garage parking space also availableif you have a car. Plenty of beds to cater for a family or group and 2 decent bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful apartment complex. Good value overall.

Great trip, straight to slopes, bit a long way up the hill from the village.

Host really good, literally step out of flat onto slope. But a very long walk uphill from the town. You really need to drive / taxi.

The sofa in lounge is some kind of fold out bed and awful to actually sit on. it just collapses. the underground parking is ridiculously tight.

The only thing we missed was a dryer for skiing equipment.

Good access to slopes - had to climb a ladder to balcony but still a great option. Mountain view. Apartment was new and everything was clean. WiFi worked well.

Prima locatie tegen betaalbare prijs!

Warmwatervoorziening net te beperkt om met 4 personen na elkaar warm te kunnen douchen. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats in de garage beschikbaar is. Deze is echter zeer donker en stoffig en het toebedeelde vak zeer krap (naast spiegels aan beide zijden maar 2 cm ruimte tussen brede betonnen pilaren), maar dat had ik in de reviews al gelezen.

דירה למשפחה (עד זוג פלוס שלושה), מאובזרת היטב, מאפשרת סקי אין-אאוט, ממוקמת נהדר, משקיפה על הנוף של העיירה למול האלפים. יש כלים, מקרר, מדיח, מיקרוגל וכל מה שצריך כדי להעביר שהות נוחה מאוד. המארחים נחמדים מאוד וענו לכל השאלות. יש ארון עם אקסטרה כריות ושמיכות. הבניין די שקט והשינה בו טובה מאוד. יש גם חנייה פרטית.

הדירה לא הייתה נקייה מספיק, היו מקומות שניכר שלא נוקו זמן רב והיו שערות ואבק. הכלים בארון לא היו נקיים מספיק. במדיח היו כלים מלוכלכים מהאורחים הקודמים. לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט ונאלצנו לקנות. מכונת הקפה לא תקינה. המקרר היה כבוי משום מה כשנכנסו לדירה וכל הקרח הפשיר ונטף החוצה. לגבי המרפסת- היא לא מאורגנת טוב וחבל. מאחר ודרכה יוצאים ונכנסים לסקי אז צריך לסדר אותה - להזיז ממנה ארונות שבורים לדוגמא. בנוסף, חייב להוסיף גומי למדרגות דרכן יורדים למסלול כי נעלי הסקי ממש מחליקות על הברזל. צריך לדעתי להוסיף פינת ישיבה במרפסת כי הנוף מדהים. החנייה מאוד צפופה והגישה למקום החנייה מאוד מאתגרת. חשוב לעדכן את האורחים בהוראות יותר מפורטות איך נכנסים ויוצאים מהחניון וגם איזו חנייה שייכת לדירה.
