Good location on the side of the ski slopes
Clean and nice apartment, with big balcony
Nice friendly hosts
Only very small things which the hosts can easily improve:
- Guidance on finding the flat, car parking space could have been clearer.
- The blind in one of the bedrooms wasn't functional and needed to be mended.
- The hosts don't live in Cervinia, and if something needs mending there's no-one available who has a key, so it depends on you being in the flat when the 'technician' comes.

The location is absolutely perfect — less than a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes. The location made our mornings incredibly easy and stress-free as everyone was able to start their day at their own pace.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. All rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of space to relax after a long day on the mountain.
Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had.
Free underground parking was a huge bonus, however if you have a roof box or a large SUV you may not fit into the parking spot which was designed for a standard sized car.
Highly recommended for anyone planning a ski trip. We would definitely stay here again! ❄️🏔️

The coziness of the place, availability of the host, the option to ski in and out was cery convenient as well.
Just the fact that the location was a 10-15 uplhill hike from the city centre, but nothing much can be done about that.

Betaalbare locatie aan de piste.
Warmwatervoorziening net te beperkt om met 4 personen na elkaar warm te kunnen douchen.
Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats in de garage beschikbaar is. Deze is echter zeer donker en stoffig en het toebedeelde vak zeer krap (naast spiegels aan beide zijden maar 2 cm ruimte tussen brede betonnen pilaren), maar dat had ik in de reviews al gelezen.
