Ballito Manor: Manor View 305

Location is perfect, right on the beach & within walking distance to shops. Apartment was comfortable & had all the amenities- washing machine & tumble drier were great. Showers had good pressure & aircons worked well. Comfortable couches & nice big tv.

Linen could do with an upgrade, bed in the main room needs to be king-size.

Beach access is excellent and complex as a whole is tip top. Unit 305 which we stayed it was perfect, with a wonderful verandah and gas braai

Nothing was a problem

Fantastic relaxing stay. Thank goodness for the generator during load shedding. There was no netflix access but other channels worked perfectly fine.

We like Balito Manor and the location. We have visited there many times. The security are fantastic and so friendly

We collected keys from shell garage as it was a public holiday so that was ok but no one checks in to see you you arrived, if you understood the code system, if you happy with the apartment. Not one call or messages.. The unit it full of cockroaches 😟, lights are gone in the second bedroom, all the dirt is swept onto the patio and left there, the braai was broken (even though I asked for someone to fix it. The caretaker looked at it but nothing was actually done about it. The carpets are very dirty. There was x1 dish cloth that looks like it is never changed or washed. No linen change in 8 days. The owners car was parked in our second parking bay at a bad angle so everytime we tried to park our big car it was a mission
