It's was perfect

Absolutely great location—literally a stone's throw away from a small shopping mall and just a five-minute walk to Willard Beach. The apartment itself was very nicely renovated, which is quite rare when it comes to that ancient apartment blocks. Plus it offered great views, and, most importantly, aircon! Without the latter, we would hardly have survived considering the extremely hot weather during the last couple of days of our stay.

The fridge definitely needs to be retired - the freezer was impossible to open due to a thick layer of frost, and it also made loud noises from time to time. As mentioned above, the apartment is located in a very old building that clearly lacks maintenance. For example, one of the elevators broke down almost every single day, resulting in long waits and queues, so we frequently opted to use the stairs. Not a big deal but...
