Found the unit very clean and well equipped. Great location. Security staff helpful and friendly.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Easy to get the keys and get into the apartment. Enough parking. Decor was good.

There were renovations and we were not informed. We could not access the beach directly due to this and having access to the beach was one of the reasons why we booked. Also the scaffolding in front partially blocked our view. Was quite hot in the apartment and aircons kept switching off when tried to turn it on. Would be nice if could have option to add a cot. Difficult to travel with a cot.

The unit was larger than normal with great appliances and exceptional sea views located on the main Willard beach. Absolutely perfect and will book there again! The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

The tumble dryer wasn't working. I reported it, but the technician never came out, although we were told that he would.

We love Manor Gardens. The view is amazing. Entrance and exit is seamless and the access to the beach is sensational. The staff is very friendly especially the security. Facilities are also great.

Unfortunately when we arrived there a terrible smell coming from the main bathroom…. The second bedroom was very visibly dusty and my children’s allergies were acting up every night from the dust on the windows and headboards of the bed that you could see. Contacted the office with photo evidence and they did send a cleaner however when we got home the headboards were still in the same condition :( not great, however the windows were clean. Just needs a bit more attention to the finish touches as well.
