It is a self catering unit. We love the position and facility as it is an exceptionally well layed out block. We had a beachfront unit and it is well equipped. It is also a bonus that one could drive into a lock up garage that is adjacent to the unit.

The view, the quality of the premises, security and the overall experience
WE requested for a safe in the unit, which was there however it did not work, there were no batteries in the safe to operate the keypad, so we bought, but it still did not work. Wasted the money. Then the back up key to lock/unlock the safe was worn and did not work at all. We did report it but by the time they could send someone, we told them to leave it as we only had 1 night left there. Was frustrating as we had valuables that were now not locked up when we were not there.

Excellent location - literally on the beach. Best sea views. Best off all you get to park in your own garage.
Can definitely do with some maintenance. (Light fittings, globes, damp, basin plugs stuck and bathroom shower doors not closing properly etc.
