About this apartment rental
In Berck-ville, with a private parking space, 2 minutes by car from the beach or 15 minutes on foot, come and enjoy a breath of fresh air and the benefits of Berck sur mer.
* Comfortable studio of 28m2, bright with balcony facing west (sun from noon to sunset)
* On the 2nd and last floor of a recent secure residence, (without elevator), with a private parking space and close to all amenities, the studio consists of:
* an entrance hall with fitted cupboard,
* a beautiful living room with kitchen area
* Fully equipped kitchen area (sink, 3-burner induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, top fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker and coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and storage furniture).
* a sofa that can be converted into a 140x190 bed, good sleeping quality,
* a TV cabinet, TV 80 cm
* table, 2 chairs and 2 stools
* a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower screen, a sink, a washer-dryer and an electric towel radiator.
* Separate toilet.
* Bay window with roller shutter.
* Water and electricity included, no Wifi.
* Bicycle storage
* 1 private parking space in the residence, which is very appreciable since parking has now been paid since the summer of 2023 in Berck from April to September
* No Wi-Fi
Bed linen and household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels) is not provided. It can be provided, on request, for 40€ per week.
Deposit check of 50€ on arrival to guarantee the cleanliness of the accommodation (cleaning and dishes done on departure).
If OK at the start, return or destruction of the check.

Activities: Water sports, sailing, sand yachting, kite surfing, discovery of the seal colony, children's beach clubs, walk in the Bois Magnier, walk along the seafront to the Bay of Authie, Bagatelle, Laby'Parc, the Sunset (restaurant, swimming pool, bowling), market 3 times a week, Maréis (Etaples), Nausicaa (Boulogne), and many other things. Sejour très agréable dans ce studio agencé avec goût et pertinence du détail pour que l'on s'y sente bien,d'une propreté irréprochable ce qui est à notre sens assez rare.
De plus des hôtes sympathiques et très à l'écoute.
La renommée de la côte d'opale n'est plus à faire et la situation de ce studio nous a permis de profiter pleinement des atouts touristiques qu'elle nous offre.
Reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour dans ce studio très bien équipé et propre dans une belle résidence sécurisée. La plage était accessible en 10 mn à vélo. Le contact avec Audrey et Eric était très sympathique. Merciii

Très joli studio avec tout ce qu'il faut et très propre. L'accueil était parfait et sa localisation parfaite pour un séjour à Berck👍👍👍A refaire
